• Vita Panela Return Policy?
  We at Vita Panela trust in fulfilling and pleasing our customers. The products that we sell is undoubtedly the most excellent that customers can obtain at the cost. Food items are non-returnable if in a case We offer you with a choice to return the purchased items within 5 days of receiving the product. In case of return, we will credit your paid amount as cash back either by deduct the courier’s charges into your Dry Fruit Hub account or in your chosen choice. You will be requesting to not use the product and keep it in original condition along with its packing and tags. Once we pick up or get your returned item, we will do a complete quality check at our end. If the returned product passes our quality check, then we will credit the paid amount into your vitapanela.com account as cash back. If you want to get a refund, then you will be requesting to send us the required and requested details to us from your registered email id.
• How long will it take for me to get refund for my returns?
  It will take up to 15 days to get your refund. In fact, the refund time depends on time taken by the courier company to finally deliver the packet of your returned item to our returns processing facility.
• Does Vita Panela pick up the product(s), I wish to return from my location?
  At present, we pick returns from selected PIN codes only. If your location is serviceable, then you can see and choose pickup choice whenever you queue the return online. We will pick the refund in 72 hours of placing your request. So, kindly keep the shipment ready for return. What if my location is not covered for return pickups? In case your pin code is not covered by Vita Panela pickup service, then you will have to self-ship your product by courier. If Vita Panela does not offer pickup service for return for your pin code or you select to ship us the return, kindly send the package along with return forms inside.

Cancellation Policy

• What is Vita Panela Cancellation Policy?
  After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been processed and is in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded back.
• I have cancelled my order. When can I expect to get my refund?
  If you selected COD during your ordering time, there will be no amount to refund as you have not paid for the order. For the payments made using Debit card, Credit card or by Net Banking, you will get a refund either in your vitapanela.com account at once after you cancelled your order or through cheque. If you have made the payment using Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card and want to get the refund back in your bank account, then please contact us with our customer care team. Refund, if approved, will be processed within 10-12 business days.
• Can the shipping address of order have changed after placing it?
  Surely, you can change your order’s shipping address before we have processed it easily by contacting our customer care representatives.
